    ​A Note from our Membership Director:
    It has been our experience that new members are best beginning as crew. This allows all new members to learn the assist procedures and become familiar with the lake prior to taking on the additional requirements of captain.   If you wish to apply as captain, have significant boating experience and are an active boater on Tellico Lake, please provide those details below and check the box. The Director of Training will contact you after your application is accepted. 

    ​Please provide a description of your boating experience and your knowledge of the entire Tellico Lake. ​
    To be qualified for duty, T-BART requires all joining members to complete, or have completed within the last five years, the on-line BoatU.S. Foundation Boating Safety Course or U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary (USCGA), U. S. Power Squadron (USPS) or any course for this purpose approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA)

    T-BART is a volunteer organization. Your regular participation in meetings, activities, and duty is expected as a responsibility for membership.  Please plan on 2 days a month for on water duty.

    Membership dues are $10.00 a person per year. Payment of dues is required for membership and are due annually by December 31st for the following year.  By submitting this application, you attest that the information provided above is accurate and that you intend to fulfill the requirements for membership. 
    ​Your application is not complete until the Membership Director receives:
    • This application
    • A copy of your training certificate
    • Your $10 payment
    Once you submit the application you will be taken to a page that allows you pay your dues electronically if you have attached your completed certificate then you can pay electronically. If you have not attached a certificate then please hold your payment until you have completed the online course and received a certificate. Please mail the certificate and a  check to the membership director at the address below or use the "Donate" link on the main menu above to pay by credit card.​
