The #1 reason I don't sign up for Duty is…(Ok to choose multiples). *

My health is not good, so I don't feel comfortable on the boats. T-Bart is not what I thought, so I just don't sign up. I travel all the time and so I can't sign up. I only live here part-time time so that impacts my ability to sign up. I have found other priorities, and so I spend my time doing other things. Since I rarely get a call out, when I do get a call out, I get nervous that I won't remember what to do. I was told that I could remain in good standing if I only signed up for a few days a year. I don't feel that I was adequately trained, and I am not comfortable signing up for duty.

What would have to change for you to sign up for more duty spots? *

If we did more on the water training so my skills wouldn't be rusty. More social events so I have a chance to connect with the other members. I would have to get my health back
